Ever since I was a child, I had an affection for sports and enjoyed trying out various ones - Football, Ice Skating, Taekwondo, Boxing. Sports was fun. And it wasn't until the age of 16, that I decided to set my first steps into a gym. It was like entering a different world and new possibilities opened. Sports was no longer just fun, but an art. The art of creating a physically strong body and mentally strong brain. And feeling good about it.

Everyone wants to feel good, few do the step to make it happen. There are 3 main aspects to optimize in order to feel good:
