Poffertjes (Mini Pancakes) are really just small pancakes. That's why we used the XXL Nutrition's Delicious Pancakes mix to make poffertjes. Delicious with a simple apple compote and some powdered sugar. The advantage of powdered sugar is that it is a very light product. That means the amount you usually consume is virtually negligible nutritionally! Enjoy your lunch!

4 scoops Delicious Pancakes
1 apple
1 tbsp cinnamon
Powdered sugar
Olive Oil PREPARATION POFFER WITH APPLE COMPOTE
Mix the Delicious Pancakes with 200 ml of water in a shaker. Make sure no lumps are left behind.
Place a pan on high heat and add some olive oil cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan little by little, About the size of a poffertje.
Meanwhile, place a saucepan with a small amount of water over medium heat. Wash the apple and cut it into small cubes. Put it in the pan and let it heat up over low heat. Add some cinnamon. Let the apple cubes stand for a while.
Place the poffertjes on a plate and sprinkle a little powdered sugar over them. Serve the apple compote with the poffertjes.
